How much can I earn?
Commission is tiered from 10% to 15% of the contract value, based on how many referral contracts you close in a given quarter: 10% for 1-4, 12% for 5-14, and 15% for 15 or more closed that quarter. So to earn the Tier 2 rate, you need 5 closed referrals within that quarter. On an average $15,000/yr contract at 12%, that is about $1,800 per client, with zero work on your end!
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid quarterly, for the life of each contract you helped create. We keep track of everything you have earned and what is still pending.
What do I actually have to do?
Make a warm introduction to a construction client and send us a quick email to let us know. That is your whole job. We handle the demo, onboarding, close, and ongoing support - there is no manual work or setup on your end.
